1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kv8 ("Platform", "we", or "company"). This document takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process on the website https://kv8.cx or through the kv8 mobile app.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kv8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this document.

Kv8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. Continued use of the kv8 platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the kv8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances within them.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any party. kv8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal
